Since 2011, Quadratec Injection is part of the same group as Gaggione and we are the exclusive manufacturer for the US market. We apply the same quality management procedures as Gaggione, which follows the ISO 9001:2015 framework.
Gaggione’s optical engineers design and develop standard and custom parts according to the specific needs of our customers in North America. We then produce the parts locally in our optical workshop on dedicated injection molding presses for transparent materials. The manufacturing of optical parts requires a clean environment and specialized robotic equipment.
