3D Prototype
We have the ability to make a 3D model of a design to allow the customer to hold the part in their hands from the beginning of the design. This allows us to validate the design and improve the concept, in order to ensure that when we design the production mold, the final result will be according to the customer's expectations.
Overmolding
Overmolding of parts is a good solution to add strength, grip or shock/vibration resistance to an already molded plastic part. This technique is used to permanently bond two parts and is less expensive than post-molding assembly.
Laser cutting
Our laser technology can cut, engrave and mark plastic materials. We use this technique for cutting injection points on thick optical parts to leave a superior cut than traditional pliers.
Assembly of threaded inserts
We offer ultrasonic assembly of brass parts for the closure of various plastic boxes with metal screws.

Water recovery
Water recovery
Our industrial water cooling system containing 3000 Liters is conditioned to maintain an ideal temperature throughout the year. The water is filtered in a closed loop and controlled for bacteria and contaminants to ensure the health and safety of our employees. The molds are cooled with clean water, free of suspended metals, which is effective against corrosion of the cooling circuits of tools and production molds.
All our employees have been made aware of sustainable development and recycle internally everything that is recyclable. Our equipment and machinery are kept in good condition and undergo preventive inspections to extend their useful life. We also adhere to a recycling program for office supplies and eliminate paper from our operations whenever possible.
