Quadratec Injection owns 11 injection molding machines
These machines are perfectly suited to the needs of a rapidly evolving market in the field of plastic injection molding.
Injection presses
Our 80-ton to 500-ton plastic injection molding machines are in operation around the clock, seven days a week, and can mold all types of plastic products up to 1.5 kg.
Robots
Robots are used to perform various tasks to automate our operations: taking parts directly from the mold and placing them on a conveyor, automatic cutting of injection gates, placing parts in a jig for inspection, sorting and counting parts before packaging.
Recycling
The properties of thermoplastics allow us to rework rejected parts and then recycle them back into our processes. We use specialized granulators to ensure that we recover every non-conforming part. It is a closed loop process so that our rejects are 100% recycled.
Cooling and treating industrial water
Machines and molds generate heat and heat up the cooling water. To avoid wasting water from the public supply, it is necessary to have an efficient closed loop water cooling system that meets environmental standards. At Quadratec Injection we have a 40 ton chiller that keeps our water at an optimal temperature for our processes. The water is also treated and filtered to ensure the absence of bacteria for the health of our employees and also to recover contaminants and maintain the molds in good condition.
